Will Apple Buy Joost?

PaidContent is reporting on a Forrester Research survey that predicts that A La Carte paid video downloads will peak this year! They're saying Apple will have to rethink AppleTV and that ad supported streaming content will be the the future.

Does this mean Apple will have to buy Joost?
