I am now 100% obsessed with "NoNeck" Noel Hidalgo's latest project: TaxiNYC.tv Noel is finishing his trip around the world where he started: right here in NYC. Instead of taking a desk job, however, he's going through the process of becoming a taxi driver -- the only place on the globe remaining for Noel to hear and tell stories of world adventure.
