Here’s a fun exercise: List the top 5 sources of the information you consume. Attention: measure both the point of consumption and the referring source to come up with your list.

Here’s mine.

1. Blogs I read religiously (and their links): PaidContent, Fred Wilson, Webware.com, GOOD Magazine’s Field Reporting, Salon.com
2. My periodicals: (TIME, GOOD, New York, New Yorker, New York Review of Books)
3. Emails: From my father, my Uncle, my friend Evan, and my mother
4. The nextNY listserv
5. Google search results
